An original flyers scarf dating from the 1950s and in good condition.
This scarf was found with a 1950s flying suit and was clearly worn with the suit for flying. It is made from a grey coloured silk which is very in keeping with RAF flying clothing of the period. It is still folded in the manner it was worn and has been stored with the suit for many years.
It displays well with signs of wear and use.
A nice original period item which would compliment a mannequin or display nicely.
