Original 1969 Dated US Army OG 107 Fatigue Pants - 32x27

An original pair of 1969 dated US Army OG 107 utility fatigue trousers in a size 32x33.

This pattern of trousers was introduced in 1952 and stayed in service until 1981. Due to being in issue for so many years, including throughout the Vietnam war, these trousers have now become a design classic. Made from 8.5oz. carded cotton sateen in the new Army standard OG-107 colour, these trousers feature large front pockets and belt loops around the waist. A metal 'Scovill' brand zipper fastens the fly whilst the rear of the trousers features two patch pockets which fasten with a button.  

Inside the trousers the original label is still present and bears the title 'Trousers, Men's, Cotton, Sateen, OG - 107, Type 1'. After this is the DSA number which dates the trousers to 1969. The size is marked as 32x33 and the maker's name is 'Glenn Berry MFRS Co'. 

When laid flat the trousers measure - 

Waist - 15 3/4"
Rise - 13"
Rear rise - 16 1/2"
Inside leg - 27"
Outside leg - 38 1/2"
Cuff - 9"  

The trousers are in good, wearable condition as can be seen in the pictures. There are signs of wear and use as can be seen in the pictures. Please take time to study the pictures and bear in mind that these are a vintage, pre-worn pair of trousers.
