Original 1916 Dated U.S. Army Metal First Aid Packet Tin Lid

An original United States Army first aid tin lid dated 1916. 

This is the style of  first aid tin carried by US Soldiers during the Great War. The lid section features various instructions and is removed from the body by using the ring pull. It also bears the manufacturer's name of 'Bauer & Black'.

Clearly in used condition with signs of age etc. Please study the pictures. 

This could make a nice little addition to a WW1 display or collection.
