An original pair of white cotton canvas workwear trousers made in Europe in approximately the 1930s.
These trousers have a variety of features which are typical of work trousers made in Europe in the Edwardian and inter-war periods. Made from a white coloured cotton canvas (as often used on workwear in this period due to its hard wearing nature)the trousers feature a flat front, button fly, brace buttons and a cinch back belt and buckle.
The trousers will fit someone of around a 30" waist depending on desired fit. When laid flat they measure -
Waist 15 1/2"
Rise - 13 1/2"
Rear rise - 18 1/2"
Inside leg - 29"
Cuff - 8"
The trousers are in good condition and have plenty of life left in them. They have clearly seen light use previously with some staining etc but overall they are a very nice pair of trousers.
A great pair of early work trousers with some lovely details!
