A single wartime example of an RAF SGT stripe as worn by both Aircrew ad Ground Crew.
This stripe is the correct black backed wartime pattern rather than the blue backed post-war pattern and is a guaranteed original.
Single SGT stripes were often worn on the Suits Aircrew Blouse and War Service Dress blouse as it was a working dress, and this would be ideal for that.
In good issued condition, this stripe would be ideal to add to a uniform or as part of a badge collection.
