Wartime Pattern British Army Cloth 50 Round Bandolier

An original World War Two era British Army cloth bandoleer in nice condition.

This cloth bandolier is the standard 50 round example that was issued in both world wars. Post Second World War the strap was changed to a webbing material rather than being made from the same cloth as this one is.

There is no date on the bandolier but it did come in a bundle of 1945 dated examples. There is the remenance of an ink stamp with the numeral ‘5’ still visible which could relate to the date.

The condition is very good and it looks to be initiated. There are no signs of wear or damage.

A nice orignal wartime period bandolier which would be ideal for a reenactor or collector who is looking for the correct wartime Pattern.
