Clearly stamped with the Canadian War Department mark inside as well as the date and the size.
When laid flat the measurements are -

Waist: 16"
Inside arm: 18"
Outside arm: 24"
Length at back: 24"
A very good example of a wartime Canadian Battledress blouse which displays brilliantly.
