Original Late 1940s British Army Officers Jungle Green Aertex Shirt

An original Jungle Green shirt which belonged to an officer who served with the British Army in the late 1940s and early 1950s in good condition.
This shirt is made from cellular cotton which is often referred to as 'Aertex'. It is a lightweight, breathable fabric ideally suited to the tropics ad was popular with the British military during WW2 and the post-war period.
The shirt features a full button front, pleated chest pockets, epaulettes and short sleeves. A matched pair of printed Singapore District formation badges are attached to each sleeve.
The shirt is a smaller size and when laid flat measures 21 1/2" pit to pit, meaning it would be a good fit on someone of around a 36" chest depending on desired fit.
The shirt is in good condition as can be seen in the pictures. There is some minor staining as well as a very small hole to the rear; all of which is documented in the photographs.
All in all a nice original immediate post-war shirt which would make a good addition to any collection.
