A good example of the RAF Ordinary Airman's Tunic as used from Pre WW2 until the late 1950s.
This particular example is dated 1949 but is identical to the wartime pattern and is a perfectly acceptable substitute for a war dated example.
The jacket is complete with brass buttons and it has original wartime insignia to both sleeves which are both of the early pattern making this tunic a usable for Battle of Britain in its current state.
The tunic comes complete with its original belt which has the correct brass buckle.
The tunic is marked as a size No.10. The label states the sizes as -
Height 5'9" - 5' 10"'
Breast 36" 37"
This tunic came with the trousers listed below and would make a nice matched set if purcahsed together.
All in all, a nice tunic ideal for the collector and re-enactor alike.
