An original pair of 1940 dated British military woollen long johns as worn by members of the British Army and RAF.
This underwear is typical of that issued to British military personnel throughout WW2. They are made from an oatmeal coloured wool and feature a three button front and loops around the waist which fit over the trouser braces.
The original maker's stamp is still present to the rear which bears the maker's name, the sie of 4 and the 1940 date.
The long johns are in good condition overall with some signs of age etc. Please study the pictures before purchasing.
