A fine example of the 1940 (austerity) Pattern Battledress trousers as worn by the British Army from 1942-45.
This particular pair have the letter code 'M' which denotes 1944 as the year of manufacture.
They are a good size No.12 and will fit up to a 36" waist and a 32" inside leg.
The condition of these trousers is fantastic and they would be very hard to better. There is one small period repair to the bottom of one of the legs as pictured.
