A stunning original pair of vintage Veldtschoen Brown leather shoes made by 'George Webb' and in a size 6.
These classic British country shoes feature a brown coloured pebbled grain finish leather to the upper which is known as 'Zug' and is used for Veldtschoen leather uppers. The soles are also leather and are marked 'Veldtschoen Double Upper' and the heels are also leather. The shoes feature five eyelets through which are fitted the original laces and a stitched toe cap.
Inside the shoes bear the maker's name of George Webb as well as the style number of 1667 6-89, the size of 6 and the words 'Made in England'.
The shoes are in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures. The soles and heels show no signs of wear or use which would suggest that these are new old stock, un-worn shoes which have never been worn.
