An original pair of 1950 dated RAF 'War Service Dress Trousers, New Pattern' as worn with the short Battledress style uniform jacket.
This pattern came into use during the immediate post war years and was very common to see being worn throughout the Cold War period.
Differing from the earlier Ordinary Airman pattern, these trousers have a waist band and belt loops, are but straight across he back and have a more fitted, narrower leg.
The condition of these trousers is good but there are some stains and signs of wear so please study the photographs berfore buying.
A nice pair of trousers from the Cold War era which would be ideal for re-encatment or the post-war collector.
