An original RAF M Type Oxygen mask as used with the pressure breathing equipment.
This mask was used on various aircraft including V Bombers, Javelins, Lightning and early Hunters amongst others. It is made from black rubber and is fitted with a type 71 microphone which may suggest this is an earlier example. It comes complete with its harness as shown in the pictures.
The condition of the mask is good for its age and it displays well. Please take time to study the pictures before purchasing and bear in mind that it is a vintage, pre-owned item which may have small flaws commensurate with age.
