An original navy blue roll neck jumper made in the Great Britain by 'All Wool' in the 1950s.
This jumper is a classic submariner style roll neck jumper which is machine knitted in a dark navy blue coloured 100% wool. It is made long in the body and features a roll neck and narrow cuff detail as is often encountered on this style of jumper. The letters 'F.B' have been added to the front in red thread and could be someone initials or refer to a club or body of some description.
Inside the jumper the original label is still present and features typical 1950s graphics. It reads 'All Wool Fully Fashion Made in England' and features the size of 36.
The jumper is designed to fit a 36" chest and when laid flat it measures -

The jumper is in good condition with some signs of wear and age. There are a couple of nice period darned repairs and some small marks which are illustrated in the pictures. Please take time to study these before purchasing and bear in mind that this is a vintage, pre-owned item which may have small issues commensurate with age.
