An original WW2 Era Civil Defence Area title for the county of Norfolk as worn below the CD Breast badge on the battledress blouse.
This could be post-war as it is an arced shape rather than flat but the materials all look authentic for the period.
The condition is far from perfect with some areas of damage. Please study the photographs.
