Original 1943 Dated British Army 1937 Pattern Holster

An original 1937 pattern webbing holster dating from the Second World War. 

This pattern of webbing holster came into issue with the British Army in 1938 and saw use throughout the Second World War as well as in the post-war period. It has had a disruptive finish applied to the outside which does not appear to be blanco but is in the same colour palette as KG3 used throughout the Second World War. The original markings are still present and are hard to read although the date appears to be 1943. 

Whilst in used condition there are no serious flaws and overall it displays well. The lack of a clear date has been reflected in the price.
